The week leading up to Easter has traditionally been busy at Walt Disney World, but the park will be adding a few special touches to the celebrations this year!
With the purchase of a regular theme park admission, guests will be able to see Easter Bunny and his wife, Mrs. Bunny, who will be available Saturday at Tour Guide Gardens for meet-and-greets and photographs. On Sunday, visitors will be able to see the bunnies in a pre-parade that will begin at 2:45 p.m.
If you would like to attend Easter services, the Fantasia Ballroom at the Contemporary Resort will be offering Catholic Mass at 8 and 10:15 a.m. on April 24. Alternatively, you can attend the Protestant service at 9 a.m. Please be advised that parking will be restricted to guests staying at the hotel, so opt for alternate means of transportation if you are not a guest of the resort.
Finally, in an effort to spread out expected crowds, Walt Disney World will be offering early-bird discounts to patrons who dine at the park’s quick-service restaurants all this week. Guests will receive a 25 percent discount, but the coupon will only be valid before 11:30 a.m. and between 3 and 4:30 p.m. at selected restaurants. The park’s Times Guide and some merchandise receipts will have this discount coupon, or you can print it from here.
Will you be celebrating Easter Disney-style this year?
