Our friends at the Disney Food Blog have announced that Carthay Circle Restaurant, which opens at Disney’s California Adventure this summer, is now taking reservations!
As with all things Disney, the restaurant has a story. Carthay Circle is set in 1937, on the eve when Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs premiered in the theater. The menu was designed to reflect this time period, but diners can expect a modern twist to the menu offerings, too. The menu was developed by Chef Andrew Sutton and executed by Chef de Cuisine Gloria Tae, both from Napa Rose.
There will be two dining locations available when Carthay Circle Restaurant opens – the restaurant upstairs, which takes reservations, and the Carthay Circle Lounge. The lounge will offer small plates, snacks and a selection of beverages while the restaurant will feature exciting lunch and dinner options inspired by Southern California cuisine and seasonal ingredients.
Additionally, all guests who order an appetizer and an entree or an entree and a dessert will receive complimentary tickets to watch the World of Color nighttime spectacular from center-stage.
Carthy Circle Restaurant officially opens June 15.
