The 2018 Disney California Adventure Food and Wine Festival kicks off March 2 but the reservations are now open for special events and low-cost seminars and demonstrations.
This year’s Festival runs from March 2 through April 12 at Disney California Adventure in Disneyland.
In addition to the special events, seminars, and demos guests can also enjoy 13 Marketplaces serving up California-inspired cuisine.
Celebrity chefs are part of the fun this year again including Robert Irvine, Guy Fieri, and more.

New this year, Disneyland is using a new online booking engine where guests have to register before making reservations for any events.
