As a lifelong Disney fan, and a frequent attender of Epcot’s annual International Food and Wine Festival, I thought I knew everything there was to know about the world’s largest food and wine fest.
That is, until I met AJ Wolfe.
Wolfe, who runs the uber popular and oh-so informative Disney Food Blog, makes it her business to know everything there is to know about everything food-related in the World of Disney. And when we say, everything, that’s what we mean.

As a Festival veteran (I was lucky enough to get in on the first event, held sixteen years ago!), I loved Wolfe’s description of What’s New. At a glance, in one compact section, I could view everything new about this year’s event. Another favorite? The mini-guide takes the guessing out of how to approach the Festival if you only have a day or two to take it all in. With her Touring Strategies, Wolfe helps you to navigate the highlights, so that you walk away from the experience with a full tummy, and no regrets. But the feature I love the most are her Crawls, suggested tours that highlight a particular food or drink. In this section, she gives the reader the best stops for a Seafood Crawl, a Food and Wine Classics Crawl, and a Dessert Crawl, among others.
And just when you thought the fun was over – the book even covers the popular Eat to the Beat concert series – complete with tips for catching the shows, as well as a playlist!
