ABC’s new show The Neighbors will air four episodes on The Disney Channel in an attempt to expand their audience.
The Neighbors, which stars Jami Gertz and Simon Templeman, focuses on a family who moves into a new neighborhood, only to discover that all of their neighbors are aliens. The show premiered in September to audiences of about 6.5 million viewers per episode. Thus far, 10 episodes have aired.
This marks the first time that the Disney Channel has aired a current ABC show, despite the fact that they are both part of the same company. The mini-marathon of The Neighbors will air on the Disney Channel December 28 from 8 to 10 p.m. The episodes will include:
8:00 p.m.: The Neighbors 1-02 “Journey To the Center of the Mall
8:30 p.m.: The Neighbors 1-03 “Bathroom Etiquette”
9:00 p.m.: The Neighbors 1-05 “Larry Bird and the Iron Throne”
9:30 p.m.: The Neighbors 1-08 “Thanksgiving Is for the Bird-Kersee’s”
