Disney-owned ABC Network were honored with 9 Daytime Emmy Awards at the 39th Annual Daytime Entertainment Creative Arts Emmy Awards on June 17.
General Hospital took home the most honors when they were awarded 5 Emmy Awards, including Outstanding Promotional Announcement, Outstanding Original Song for a Drama Series, and others. Other ABC Network shows that were honored included All My Children, which received two Daytime Emmy Awards; One Life to Live, and Disney Channel’s The Time I… (Shoes).
This year’s Daytime Emmy Awards were hosted at Westin Bonaventure Hotel in Los Angeles.
