Disney Cruise Line has announced a brand new, exclusive dining experience that will be unveiled on the line’s newest ship, the Disney Dream, when it sails in 2011.
Remy, an adults-only dining experience, will offer gourmet cuisine on the high seas. With 9-course meals, 15 dedicated chefs, and the option to book a Chef’s Table, this is essentially Victoria and Albert’s on a boat.
Speaking of Victoria and Albert’s, Executive Chef Scott Hunnell of V&A’s has been in on designing the menu for this outstanding new restaurant, which will be a step above Palo, the other adults-only dining experience on the Disney Cruise Line.
Remy and its Chef’s Table will cost patrons an additional fee, and booking will be available at 120, 90, and 75 days out depending on whether or not you’re a Castaway Club member.
