Disneyland has released information about this summer’s nighttime shows as well as some package deals offering free lodging nights and theme park tickets, but the park is staying mum about when it will launch the highly anticipated World of Color evening show — part of the Disney’s California Adventure expansion. While there has been some confusion as to whether June 11th is the official start date, Disney has removed that date from a recent press release.
Summer Nightastic will begin June 11 with a special fireworks show, titled: Magical. Fantasmic! will continue on this summer as well. Disneyland will soon be releasing information about a new light show at Pixie Hollow and dance parties in Tomorrowland, which will also be part of the Nightastic lineup.
Also, Disney has started booking vacation packages (buy three nights, get two nights free) for the spring and summer seasons. Stays can be from May 1 through Sept. 26. And 30- and 40-percent off stays in the Disneyland Resort’s three hotels are being offered for minimum two-night stays.
