Disney’s Hollywood Studios is celebrating its 30th anniversary on May 1 with a special parade, new merchandise, special eats, and more.
The party starts with a ‘star-studded’ cavalcade with Mickey Mouse and friends at 10 a.m. on May 1.
Guests can pick up a special commemorative button and and anniversary guide map when they arrive at the park.
Anniversary merchandise includes a new adult T-shirt, baseball cap, Tervis tumbler, MagicBand, ornament and more. All of the merchandise items will be available beginning May 1 at Hollywood Studios beginning at 8 a.m. There will also be some Annual Passholder-exclusive merchandise.
Special anniversary foods will also be available including Kylo Ren Cupcakes, Incredibles Macarons, Tres Leches Verrine, and more. A special foodie guide will be released next week.
And, the park’s new nighttime show – Wonderful World of Animation – will debut on May 1 at 9:05 p.m. on the facade of the Chinese Theater.
