A new Italian eatery – Maria & Enzo’s – has been confirmed as an addition to The Edison Complex at Disney Springs. But, there’s more than just one restaurant in the bunch!
In addition to Maria & Enzo’s (from The Patina Group), Enzo’s Hideaway and Pizza Ponte are also coming to the complex.
Enzo’s Hideaway is a separate restaurant in the rum-running tunnels – and it’s inspired by the Florida history of rum-running. The bar will serve Prohibition-era drinks and Roman dishes.
Pizza Ponte will be a fast-casual spot serving up pizza, sandwiches, and pastries.
The Edison is slated to open later this fall and the three new locations are slated for openings later this winter.
