After months of waiting, the opening date has finally been announced for Paddlefish at Disney Springs.
The restaurant – housed in the former location of Fulton’s Crab House – is set to open on February 4.
Paddlefish will focus on fresh seafood plus steaks and chops. The entire restaurant has been updated from bow to stern with a fresh, modern look that also features two rooftop bars.
Guests will also be able to enjoy brunch on Sundays.
Reservations are not yet open for Paddlefish but they are expected to start soon.
