Wine Bar George is officially coming to Disney Springs in the fall of 2017.
The 210-seat wine bar will be located across from Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar and is headed up by Master Sommelier George Milioties.
If you’re wondering who George Milioties is, he’s one of only 230 Master Sommeliers in the world.
Wine Bar George will feature seasonal small plates that are paired with more than 100 bottles and glasses of wine available “in a range of varietals, vintages and price.”
The wine bar will resemble a winemaker’s home estate and the featured wines will represent established wineries as well as “up-and-coming growing regions and wineries.”
No official opening date has been announced, just sometime in the fall of 2017.
