Disney Springs has added another celebrity chef restaurant to its growing list of eateries.
Chef Art Smith’s Homecoming Florida Kitchen & Southern Shine opened this week at Disney Springs.
Chef Smith is not only a Florida native but is also a former Disney cast member as part of the Disney College Program.
The restaurant is serving up Chef Smith’s take on Florida fare and features menu items such as Church Lady Deviled Eggs, Bee Haven Bay Fried Green Tomatoes, Tarpon Springs Greek Salad, Bunch of Puppies, and Art’s Fabulous Fried Chicken.
The bar menu includes Craft Moonshine and Resort Cocktails.
And for dessert guests will want to save room for Chef Smith’s Hummingbird Cake or the adults-only Shine Cake.
Currently Homecoming Florida Kitchen and Shine Bar is walk-up only, but reservations will be available later this month for dates starting August 15.
