We’re getting closer to the 2016 Epcot Food and Wine Festival (just 79 days!) and we have a lot of exciting news to share with you!
This year’s Festival will feature several new Marketplace Booths including The Chew Collective, Chocolate Studio, and the Wine & Dine Studio. After a hiatus the Island of the Caribbean is making a return to the Festival.
The Wine & Dine Studio will be located in the Next Eats section of Future World and guests will find a Pork Tenderloin with a Cannellini Bean Ragout and Zinfandel Reduction on the menu plus a Seared Scallop with a Truffled Celery Root Puree, Brussel Sprouts and Wild Mushrooms.
The Chocolate Studio feature the popular Liquid Nitro Chocolate-Almond Truffle with Warm Whiskey Caramel that debuted in 2015.
Another new Marketplace Booth will be named later – Imagineering is still working on a name – but it’ll feature dishes inspired by Village Farms tomatoes!
