The runDisney Star Wars Half Marathon – The Dark Side takes place April 14-17 at the Walt Disney World Resort and the finisher medals have been released.
This year is the inaugural year for the Star Wars Half Marathon – The Dark Side and participants are running on “Darth Vader’s turf” with Stormtroopers keeping the runners on course.
The medals include a 5K finisher medal featuring Stormtroopers and a runDisney Kids’ Races medal featuring Darth Vader.
The half marathon medal is a spinner medal with the Emperor on one side and Darth Vader on the other.
The Dark Side Challenge medal is a Death Star-themed medal and will be awarded to those who finish the 10K and the half marathon. The Kessel Run medal features the Millennium Falcon.
