We hope you had a great holiday weekend! It was a busy week in Disney news, with reports of two more attractions closing at the Walt Disney World Resort.
Disney announced that the Magic of Disney Animation will close on July 12 to make way for a new guest experience. There’s no word yet as to what that might be, but it appears that big changes are on the way for Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
It was also announced that DisneyQuest is closing at Downtown Disney next year to make room for the NBA Experience.
But in better news, there’s a brand new family experience starting July 8 called the Disney Family Culinary Adventure. Guests get to experience cooking with Disney chefs at the Contemporary’s catering kitchen and enjoy a five-course meal. This new experience can be booked by calling 407-WDW-PLAY.
And since it is July the Walt Disney World Resort and the Disneyland Resort have both announced new merchandise events.
Don’t forget to leave your selfie sticks at home when visiting the Disney Parks!
