Guests at Disneyland Resort celebrating the Fourth of July have a chance to enjoy some special military performances starting July 2.
This tradition of inviting the military to perform at Disneyland was started by Walt Disney on the park’s opening day.
The United States Air Force Honor Guard from Washington, D.C. will be performing from July 2-5 at Disneyland Park. The show times are 3:15 p.m. at Sleeping Beauty Castle and 4:05 p.m. just before Mickey’s Soundsational Parade.
They’ll also be performing at Disney California Adventure at 11:30 a.m., 12:30 p.m, and 1:30 p.m. near the World of Color viewing area.
On July 4 they’ll perform at the 5:15 p.m. Flag Retreat Ceremony and at the Big Thunder Ranch Jamboree at 6:45 p.m.
The United States 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing Band from Mirarmar, California is scheduled to perform on July 4 at Disneyland Park at 4:10 p.m., 5:15 p.m. during the Flag Retreat, and at 7 p.m. at the Big Thunder Ranch Jamboree.
They’ll also be performing at 11:30 a.m. on July 4 at the Main Stage in the Downtown Disney District.
On July 5-6 the United States Air Force Band of the Golden West from San Francisco will be performing at the Downtown Disney District Main Statge at 6, 7, 8, and 9 p.m.
