The 2015 D23 Expo takes place August 14-16 and a new 7,500-seat venue, Hall D23, has just been announced.
The new venue will host several of the largest events and presentations at the Expo including the Disney Legends Awards Ceremony and The Walt Disney Studios announcements.
The Disney Legends Awards Ceremony is scheduled for Friday, August 14 and will be hosted by Disney Chairman and CEO Bob Iger. The ceremony honors those who have made significant contributions to the Disney legacy.

Other films showcased this year include Alice Through the Looking Glass and the live-action version of The Jungle Book. Marvel and Lucasfilm will also be on hand to give some sneak peeks to fans.
Walt Disney Parks and Resorts will be presenting a behind-the-scenes look on August 15 at entertainment and other experiences headed to the Disney Parks.
