Disney’s BoardWalk will be home to a new Italian restaurant by the end of this year.
Trattoria al Forno is set to open in the location currently occupied by Kouzzina by Cat Cora, which is closing this fall.
The Italian eatery will feature a menu that includes dishes from regions including Bologna and Milano. The “Old World” Italian food and cooking techniques will also feature handcrafted mozzarella, cavatelli, and wood-fired pizzas.
A seasonal risotta will always be on the menu, in addition to classic Italian dishes such as chicken parmagiana and baked lasagna.
The wine list at Trattoria al Forno will feature all Italian wines including more than 60 different bottled wines and 25 wines by the glass including Chiantis, Prosecco, and Moscato.
Disney has not yet announced when Advanced Dining Reservations will be accepted.
