While Walt Disney World is a magical place on any given day, for couples on Valentine’s Day it can be extra magical.
Between the four theme parks, 26 resorts, and other locations such as Downtown Disney, there are so many choices for celebrating the most romantic day of the year.
The new Senses – A Disney Spa at Disney’s Grand Floridian and Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort feature “couples rooms” where guests can indulge in specialized spa treatments. If adventure is what you crave, couples can book a parasailing flight over Bay Lake, departing from Sammy Duvall’s Watersports Centre at Disney’s Contemporary Resort.
Or maybe you prefer your flight to stay tethered to the ground. If that’s the case, check out Characters in Flight at Downtown Disney. The balloon takes guests up to 400 feet, giving them a bird’s eye view of the Walt Disney World Resort. The balloon even takes flight after sunset and you might just get a peek at the fireworks above the parks.
And of course, no Valentine’s Day is complete without a romantic meal. The Walt Disney World Resort has so many romantic choices including the California Grill at Disney’s Contemporary Resort, Be Our Guest at the Magic Kingdom, Monsieur Paul at Epcot, and of course Victoria & Albert’s at Disney’s Grand Floridian.
No matter if you choose romance, adventure, or relaxation Valentine’s Day at the Walt Disney World Resort is bound to be magical.
