Disney Interactive has launched a new online series it’s a small world: the animated series inspired by the Disney Parks attraction.
The series is sponsored by Rosetta Stone and features eight episodes that introduce families to unique words and customs from around the world.
This animated series features original music from Richard Sherman, the legendary songwriter behind the attraction’s theme song. The animation is inspired by Disney artist Mary Blair’s original designs from the attraction.
On each episode viewers join a group of children from different countries as they explore new lands in a hot air balloon, meeting new people and discovering new words and customs. The first episode of the series debuted on December 3 and was titled ‘It’s a Jolly Holi Day.” The group’s first adventure took them to India.
Families can watch it’s a small world: the animated series on Disney.com, Disney’s YouTube network, and on Disney’s TV apps.
