Disney has announced an open casting call for an upcoming Disney Channel Original Movie, Cloud Nine.
Executive produced by Disney starlet Ashley Tisdale under her company Blondie Girl Productions, the snowboarding-themed movie will tell the tale of teen snowboarders competing in the Summit Valley Fire & Ice Games. The two main characters, Will Cloud and Kayla Morgan, unexpectedly fall for each other but must still overcome every obstacle in order to become the best snowboarders in the valley.
The casting call is open to everyone, and no previous acting experience is required. Snowboarding experience will be helpful, but isn’t necessary to be cast as either a featured character or background performer. Filming for Cloud Nine is expected to continue throughout February, and more information about the casting call can be found here.
