Celebrity chef Cat Cora and director/animator John Lasseter are set to host special dinners tied to the Epcot International Food and Wine Festival, which begins September 28.
Cat Cora, well-known as a Food Network Iron Chef, and owner of Kouzzina By Cat Cora, her restaurant at Disney’s Boardwalk Resort, will host a five course meal on October 2 and 4. The cost is $170 and reservations are required.
Pixar fans will jump at the chance to meet directorJohn Lasseter, and his wife Nancy, at Citrico’s in Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort, where chef Phillip Ponticelli will pair Lasseter wines with seasonal cuisine. The lunch will be held on October 19 at 12:30 p.m. Cost is $130 for lunch and the wine pairings.
Also on October 19, The Voltaggio brothers, best known from Top Chef, and Andrew Zimmern from Bizarre Foods on the Travel Channel will host the Magic of Healthy Living Dinner at Epcot’s World Showplace. The four-course meal is priced at $110, and includes tip and all non-alcoholic beverages. Park admission is required.
