We mentioned the new Tutto Gusto Wine Cellar coming to the Italy pavilion in Epcot earlier this year, as well as the renovation of the popular Tutto Italia Restaurant. Now that the official grand opening has occurred, our friends at Disney Food Blog have shared a look inside both establishments – and we have photos and details to share with you.
For the ribbon cutting ceremony, Mickey and Minnie donned their Italian costumes and joined executives in celebrating the grand opening.
At the new Tutto Gusto Wine Cellar, which was designed to look like a wine cave, you’ll find tables of all sizes gathered around a very long bar, as well as a huge wine wall with bottles upon bottles of fine wines. Next to the bar, guests can savor the 
refrigerator filled with meats, cheeses and antipasto ingredients. To add to the decor, Tutto Gusto has wine fridges lining the far wall. They also offer a fireplace alcove complete with couches, stools, ceramic artwork and a fireplace for park guests to relax and enjoy the atmosphere after a long day in the parks.
For eating, reservations are not taken, and seating is on a first come, first served basis. The food available here consists of a variety of meats, cheeses and small plates as well as scrumptious desserts and cavatappi pasta dishes.
For the renovation of Epcot’s “fancy” Tutto Italia restaurant, you’ll notice that the restaurant kept some of the features from prior to the refurbishment, such as the Italian murals, lighting fixtures and the option of dining in the “sun room” or main dining area. However, the majority of the indoor seating has changed to booths and an outdoor patio area has been added. A new dish has also been added to the 
menu: Polenta Valsugana, which is short ribs over polenta and fontina cheese.
