If you are all about the apps when you visit Disney Parks, then this news is for you: Disney’s official Parks App, Disney Parks Mobile Magic, is now a free download for Verizon Wireless customers.
The same technology that provides wait times and FASTPASS return times within the parks also powers app, so guests should receive the most accurate, up-to-date information available anywhere. Through the “magic” of GPS-enabled maps, you and your family may also quickly find your favorite characters, and play games. You can even use a dining reservations feature to make Advanced Dining Reservations (ADRs) on the go!
To download the app, visit the Android Market from your smart phone. At this time, the app is only available via the Android Market to Verizon Wireless customers. Disney plans to roll out a Verizon iPhone version of the app by fall 2011.
Message and data rates apply, so be sure to familiarize yourself with your particular mobile plan. Also, if you are under 18, please get parental permission first. Finally, coverage is not available everywhere, and availability will be subject to the limitations of your phone.
