Disney’s Hollywood Studios signature restaurant, The Hollywood Brown Derby, is located on Hollywood Boulevard and is open for both lunch and dinner. This restaurant features buffet-style selections freshly prepared at on-stage cooking stations with a rotating selection of items, such as salmon, fresh roasted meats, peel-and-eat shrimp and plenty of desserts. There are also character dining opportunities kids will love like Disney Junior Play ‘n Dine at Hollywood & Vine. This opportunity allows guests to join special Disney Junior characters like Handy Manny, June and Leo and Special Agent Osco for a special musical celebration. For more sophisticated palettes, try Mama Melrose’s Ristorante Italiano in the Backlot section of the park.
