Oscar Martinez has been making magic for guests of Disneyland resort for 54 years! Martinez is Disneyland Resort’s longest tenured cast member, and after more than a half century of service to Mickey Mouse, he’s earned his very own place on the menu.
As a culinary cast member at Carnation Cafe, where he’s been since 1967, Oscar enjoys making breakfast delights for guests of the Anaheim resort five days a week. But he is most well known for – what else? – Oscar’s Choice! This tasty breakfast features scrambled eggs with cheddar cheese, Oscar’s potatoes, a croissant, fresh fruit, and your choice of sausage or bacon – yum! When breakfast duty is over for the day, Oscar can be found mingling with guests, and having his picture taken with a few of them.
We, along with Disney Parks Blog, salute Oscar Martinez, for his dedication and longevity – and for continuing to make guests smile for many, many years.
