The New Year is just around the corner and the all-new 2015 Disney Parks merchandise is starting to arrive at Walt Disney World Resort and Disneyland Resort.
The 2015 merchandise features Disney characters showing off the Disney Side and guests might notice that Sorcerer Mickey is not featured on much of the dated merchandise (he’s been a fixture for the last few years).
“We dressed the characters in products we carry such as the Buzz Lightyear costume tee-shirt that Goofy is wearing. Sorcerer Mickey has been included in the dated art program for a few years,” said Disney Design Group Artist Thomas Scott. “This time, we put a Sorcerer’s hat on Mickey Mouse that resembles the hat we carry in our merchandise shops. I thought it was a great nod to that artwork tradition.”
The new 2015 merchandise includes pins, apparel, ear hats, scrapbooking kits, and more. On some of the merchandise the characters are doing what guests often do at the Disney Parks, including taking selfies.
The Disney Parks dated merchandise is available at Disneyland and Walt Disney World, while some items will be available at the Disney Parks online store.
