It’s no secret that we cannot wait for Disney/Pixar’s next feature film, Brave, to arrive in theaters in summer 2012. The first Pixar film to feature a female heroine, Brave takes place in medieval Scotland and centers on the courageous Merida, a princess who is determined to change her fate. This week, Disney officially released the film’s first full-length trailer, giving us our greatest look at the film yet. The exciting new trailer gives us a glimpse at some of the humor, adventure, and gorgeous landscapes that we can expect from Brave, and we’re so excited to see more from this stunning film.

To see this new trailer on the big screen, be sure to check out The Muppets in theaters November 23, where the trailer is expected to be shown, along with Pixar’s newest Toy Story short, Small Fry. Brave will be released in theaters June 22, 2012.
