Demi Lovato has reportedly left the rehab center, where she’s been undergoing treatment for “emotional and physical issues.”
According to Reuters, a source close to the teen singer and actress left the facility earlier this week for Los Angeles, where she has been focusing on returning to her normal routine.
The future of her role on the Disney Comedy series, “Sonny with a Chance,” is unclear at present, however. A Disney channel spokesperson had little to say about the matter, responding only that “Demi’s management will inform us when she is able to return to work.”
