The Tokyo Disney Resort is gearing up to celebrate the Year of the Dog in 2018!
Guests can take part in the five-day celebration with Mickey, Minnie, Pluto, and friends.
The celebration includes Year of the Dog-inspired decorations including the kadomatsu decoration at the entrance to World Bazaar in Tokyo Disneyland which will feature Pluto.
The entrance to Passaggio MiraCosta in Tokyo DisneySea will feature Year of the Dog banners.
Tokyo Disneyland will have a special parade featuring Mickey and Minnie who will wish everyone a New Years Greeting.
Guests will also find more than 50 new merchandise items for the celebration including kimono-clad Disney character plush badges and Pluto motif daruma, which is a Japanese good luck doll. The merchandise will go on sale starting November 17.
There will also be Pluto-themed treats and sweets, and starting December 26 the Disney Ambassador Hotel and Tokyo Disneyland Hotel will offer special New Year menus.
